Whether you’re in need of genuine Cat parts for common repairs to get your machine back up and running or for routine maintenance, both Convenience and Performance CVAs include Next-Day Parts. Ensuring the maintenance, common repair and wear parts you need are on the shelf and ready when you need them. If we’re unable to get your parts to you by the end of the following business day, you’ll receive up to $1,000 in Cat Credits.*

Here’s how it works:

• All Cat CVAs include next-day availability of maintenance, wear and repair parts.
• If your parts don’t arrive by the next business day, or your requested delivery date you’ll receive up to $1,000 in Cat credits.

TWO-DAY REPAIR

Downtime isn’t part of your plan, but when you partner with Ohio Cat for your maintenance and common repair services through a Performance CVA, your machine’s uptime is protected with Next-Day Parts and Two-Day Repair, getting you back to work by minimizing downtime and maximizing performance. If there are any delays, you get paid $1,000 in Cat Credits.*

Here’s how it works:

• CVAs with dealer labor include repair service for common repairs on machines completed within two business days from initial contact. Time commitments for major repairs may vary.
• If your common repair is delayed beyond two days or the agreed completion date, you’ll receive USD $1,000 in Cat Credits.
• Gain peace of mind with the assurance that your equipment and crew can get back to work, fast.

. CONVENIENCE CVA .

The Convenience CVA is designed for those who prefer to handle their own maintenance and common repairs but still want the benefits of genuine Cat parts and hassle-free planning. With a Convenience CVA, you’ll get genuine Cat parts delivered next day, scheduled around your needs, so you can minimize downtime and maximize machine performance, while avoiding those costly last-minute parts runs. Plus, you’ll have access to helpful planning tools and machine management resources included in your CVA so your machine’s efficiencies are always under your control. It’s the smart, hassle-free way to keep your equipment running strong, save time and operating costs, and stay organized — because your time is too valuable to waste chasing parts.

A Performance CVA takes convenience to the next level by combining the parts availability promise backed by a Convenience CVA with the added confidence of timely, dealer-performed service. You’ll still enjoy genuine Cat parts delivered next day, but Performance CVAs also provide expert dealer labor for common repairs completed within two business days.
