1.5-Ton Portable AC w/ Dependable Spot Cooling
Our self-contained 1.5-ton AC units function by cooling hot air through evaporation and condensation. The air conditioner draws hot air from the environment and removes the heat using a compressor, causing the refrigerant to change from a gas to a liquid through pressurization. Then, the fluid travels through a condenser, where the heat escapes from the AC unit’s casing vents.
Next, the refrigerant moves through a metering device, resulting in a decrease in pressure that converts the liquid back into a cool gas. The ambient air cools as it advances over the evaporator’s cold refrigerant lines and is delivered back into the air by the unit’s internal fans.
This air conditioning cycle repeats, gradually cooling your job site and maintaining comfortable indoor temperatures throughout the day.
