JOB SUMMARY:

CVA Supervisor to lead and elevate the execution of our Customer Value Agreements (CVAs). This role plays a critical part in ensuring our customers receive maximum value, equipment uptime, and exceptional support throughout their ownership journey.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in fleet management, product support, or customer service.
  • Strong understanding of heavy equipment operations and jobsite workflows.
  • Experience in customer service and contract management.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to train and support teams and customers on digital tools.
  • Background in Service or Parts Operations Management.

KEYCOMPETENCIES:

  • Lead, refine, and optimize CVA‑related workflows to ensure consistent, high‑value delivery to customers.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to reinforce the importance and understanding of CVA processes.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed CVA fulfillment metrics.
  • Work directly with customers and teams to ensure a world‑class experience.
  • Coordinate with Dispatchers to ensure PMs are completed on time and in full.
  • Leverage data to uncover opportunities to improve uptime and strengthen the Equipment Management program.
  • Collaborate across departments to refine CVA offerings and improve delivery methods.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard, and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
