Ohio CAT is looking for another Service Coordinator employee to join our team! As a Service Coordinator, you will be deeply involved in the work order process including opening work order headers and segments in Service Link, technician time entry into Service Link, receiving and entering technician service reports into Service Link, scheduling PSP/PIP work, customer purchase order requests, filing to history files, warranty claim pre-prep, coordination, follow-up and communication with central warranty group and parts personnel through to claim closure, as well as clerical work such as payroll and scheduling.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office software.
- Organizational skills, and ability to interact with multiple branches and company department personnel including sales, service, rental, parts, warranty, and credit.
- Excellent customer service skills are required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work in an office setting; frequent standing or sitting.
- Dexterity Normal
- The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in the office setting and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant sudden loud noises possible.
