About the Role:

• Education:High School Diploma or equivalent (a college degree is a plus!).
• Expertise:In-depth knowledge of CAT BCP equipment.
• Experience:At least three years in the rental or sales of aerial/boom/scissor lifts, backhoe loaders, track-type tractors, generators, skid steer loaders, trench protection equipment, and other allied equipment.
• Driving Skills:A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are a must.

• Detail-Oriented:Strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Communication:Excellent ability to connect with customers and colleagues, both independently and as part of a team.
• Local Knowledge:Familiarity with the geographic area you’ll be covering.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
