The Cat® Rear Camera system is a safety kit that uses a rugged, vibration-resistant camera and a high-definition, touchscreen display to give operators a clear view behind the machine.

The Rear Camera system helps your operator keep track of what’s going on behind the machine.It uses a high-definition camera, an in-cab display, and real-time transmission to give your operators an optimal view behind the machine.Operators always have the option of a dedicated rear view, or only when the machine is in reverse. This allows operators to choose the option that best suits their work.

HOW IT WORKS

The high-definition camera installed at the rear of the machine transmits video to the in-cab display.The display and camera are connected through durable harnessing.The glove-friendly, touchscreen display shows a clear view behind the machine.

INSTALLATION

The Rear Camera system can be installed on all brands of equipment--making it a great choice for Cat or mixed fleets.The system takes four to six hours to install and can be installed during other repairs or maintenance.The system can be installed on any closed-cab machine with a 12V or 24V system.
