In an effort to bring you “the quality you expect and the service you deserve”, Ohio Cat customers can voluntarily enroll/opt-in to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages regarding updates to your Parts Delivery and order status. By enrolling, you express verbal or written consent to receive parts delivery and order status messages from Ohio Cat. Messaging is not required, nor does it provide or grant access to additional services. You may opt-out at anytime if you choose to no longer receive these notifications by replaying “STOP” to cancel your parts delivery notification enrollment. You may also cancel your parts delivery notification text enrollment by reaching out to marketing@ohiocat.com, or informing your Ohio Cat Sales Representative or Parts Counter Associate.
Users who wish to receive order status text notifications must self-enroll at the time of placing your parts order(s) – an Ohio Cat Parts Counter Associate will provide you with the opportunity to enroll in Parts Delivery Notifications, likely but not limited to the prompt of: “…would you like to join in to receive SMS updates about your parts order, including delivery status? Message frequency may vary, and standard message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance. This is completely optional and is separate from other agreements, such as Marketing and Promotions. You are not required to agree to receive parts delivery notifications. To enroll, users must comply with terms and conditions by verbally consenting to receive communications via SMS/MMS from Ohio Cat. This page demonstrates user SMS enrollment is optional and separate from any service, marketing promotions and/or merchandising program or giveaway eligibility. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Ohio Cat. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate. Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Ohio Cat. Ohio Cat reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Ohio Cat also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number where messages are sent. Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Your wireless provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
You may cancel your self-enrollment subscription at any time by texting “STOP” or by verbally opting out. After verbal or written requests to cancel, we will confirm that you have been unsubscribed and you will no longer receive Parts Delivery notifications/messages. If you would like to begin receiving your order status notification messages from Ohio Cat again, you may verbally request to opt-in at any time, and Ohio Cat will enroll you in Parts Delivery & Order Status notifications again.

We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued enrollment following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
