WHAT: The Celebrating Women in Construction Event gives female operators from all over North America an opportunity to network and demonstrate their skills in series of competitive, machine-skill challenges. The event will consist of a guest speaker, networking, Cat® machine demos, three operator competitions, and will wrap up with a dinner and awards ceremony.
WHERE: Caterpillar Edward J. Rapp Customer & Training Center in Clayton, North Carolina.
WHEN: Wednesday, March 13th, 2024 – Thursday, March 14th, 2024
WHO: All female operators working within the Ohio Cat territory are encouraged to complete a registration form for their consideration in our drawing. One lucky winner will be provided travel and hotel accommodations for themselves, and up to two guests, for the duration of the event.

“ROCK N ROLL” SKILLS TEST
Objective: Move material through a timed, pre-set course to achieve 7.0-7.5 tons. Then, change to fork attachments to move pallets.
“HAMMER TIME” SKILLS TEST
Objective: Navigate through a timed, slalom-obstacle course demonstrating machine maneuverability, utilizing a bar attached to the front of the Compact Track Loader to clear through obstacles.
“TONS OF FUN” SKILLS TEST
Objective: Move material through a timed, pre-set course to load truck and achieve a 10.0 Tons payload, taking as many passes as needed to achieve target payload.
