JOB DESCRIPTION:

Statewide responsibility to help PSSRs, ISR, and customers with Vision Link – Product Link selections and applications. Will attend annual CAT specialist training and feed that knowledge back to the Ohio CAT sales force. Responsible for keeping customers current with the technology needed to keep in touch to keep their equipment connected. Will be required to run campaigns during the year and work with the Ohio CATs inventory manager to have the inventory needed for these campaigns. This person will be responsible to help our equipment management group and sales force meet our connected asset goals.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Some college preferred.

Three years of customer service experience. Two years of Sales background.

Accounting and/or invoicing and financing background. Background in Heavy Equipment and/or Equipment Rental industry beneficial.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Lifting/Carrying 40 lb. Lift/Carry and 50lb pull. Standing/Sitting Up and downstairs, standing, sitting, and climbing into machines. Dexterity Normal. Repetitive Motions Frequent movement requiring hands, wrists, and fingers.The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
